CONSEJERÍA JURÍDICA DEL EJECUTIVO FEDERAL

Is the dependence of the Federal Public Administration that has to his office review and validate decrees, agreements and other legal instruments which are subject to consideration of the President of the Republic, as well as the draft bills which the owner of the Executive presents to the Congress of the Union, caring that these, in its content and form, are attached to the Constitution and laws deriving from it.

Represent the President of the Republic when this so agreed, in the actions of unconstitutionality and constitutional controversies provided for in article 105 constitutional, as well as in all those trials in which the holder of the Federal Executive involved with any character.
